Refund Conditions

  1. Refunds will be provided only in cases of damaged products or wrong items delivered.
  2. Customers must raise a complaint within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  3. The maximum refund liability is limited to the total order value only.
  4. For any complaints after delivery, customers are required to provide a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  5. Without an unboxing video, Heart Choice will not be able to process or accept the complaint.
