Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement will be provided only for damaged or wrong products.
Complaints must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Don’t Like / Not Needed Anymore
If the product does not meet your requirements or expectations (and there is no
mistake from our side), you may raise a return or replacement request within
7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its
original condition.
Refund Process
After we receive the returned product, a refund or replacement will be issued
after inspection.
The following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:
Shipping Fees
Restocking Fee: 25% of the Order Value
Note: Requests made after 7 days from delivery or for
used/damaged items will not be accepted.
