Return & Exchange Policy

At Heart Choice, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Replacement

  1. Replacement will be provided only for damaged or wrong products.
  2. Complaints must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Don’t Like / Not Needed Anymore

  1. If the product does not meet your requirements or expectations (and there is no mistake from our side), you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Refund Process

  1. After we receive the returned product, a refund or replacement will be issued after inspection.
  2. The following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:
  • Shipping Fees
  • Restocking Fee: 25% of the Order Value

Note: Requests made after 7 days from delivery or for used/damaged items will not be accepted.
