Refund Policy

At HEART CHOICE, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully check and pack every artificial jewellery order before dispatch. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Important: Refund requests are accepted only for eligible cases such as damaged product, defective product, wrong product, or missing item, subject to verification.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a wrong product different from your order.
  • An item is missing from your order package.

The issue must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Proof Required for Refund Request

To verify the issue and process your request, we may ask for:

  • Order ID or invoice details.
  • Clear photos of the product received.
  • Clear photos of the outer package and inner packaging.
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.

Refund or replacement approval depends on successful verification of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Refund request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is used, worn, damaged, washed, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, or accessories are missing.
  • Damage is caused due to improper handling, storage, usage, or accidental breakage after delivery.
  • Minor color difference due to screen display, lighting, or photography.
  • Minor size or design variation that does not affect the main product identity.
  • Customer ordered the wrong product, wrong quantity, or provided an incorrect address.

4. Refund / Replacement Options

After verification, HEART CHOICE may offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

  • Replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Store credit or coupon, if mutually agreed.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used during the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, if applicable, we may request valid bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

7. Return Pickup or Self-Shipping

In some cases, we may arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team.

The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, invoice, tags, and all accessories included.

8. Cancellation and Refund

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return/refund process will apply as per this policy.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method after confirmation.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details, photos, and an unboxing video. After verification, we will guide you with the next steps for replacement or refund.
