Return & Exchange Policy

At HEART CHOICE, we make every effort to deliver artificial jewellery products safely and correctly. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Return window: Return, exchange, or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return, exchange, or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a wrong product different from your order.
  • An item is missing from your package.
  • You received the product but do not wish to keep it, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All tags, invoice, accessories, free gifts, and packaging material must be included.
  • The product should not be altered, broken, or tampered with after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To verify the issue, we may request:

  • Order ID or invoice details.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging.
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened from the beginning.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the case and product availability.

4. Return for “Don’t Like / Not Needed Anymore”

If the product is correct and not damaged, but you still wish to return it because you do not like it or no longer need it, you may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, the product must be unused and in original condition. Shipping charges and a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount as explained below.

5. Restocking Fee and Shipping Deduction

For returns where there is no mistake from HEART CHOICE, the following deductions may apply:

Customer does not like the product / no longer needs the product Shipping charges and 25% restocking fee may be deducted
Incorrect address, refused delivery, or customer unavailable Shipping or re-shipping charges may apply

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is used, worn, damaged, washed, altered, or broken after delivery.
  • Original packaging, invoice, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • Damage is caused due to improper handling, storage, or use by the customer.
  • Minor color difference due to screen brightness, lighting, or photography.
  • Minor size or design variation that does not change the main product identity.
  • Products purchased during clearance sale or final sale, if clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

7. Return Pickup or Self-Shipping

In eligible cases, we may arrange reverse pickup through our courier partner. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not send any product back without confirmation from HEART CHOICE support.

8. Inspection and Approval

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item and verify whether it meets the return or exchange conditions. If approved, we will process the replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, or coupon as applicable.

9. Replacement and Exchange Timeline

Replacement or exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, coupon, or refund after discussion with you.

10. Refund Timeline

Once the return is approved after inspection, eligible refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from our side. The final credit time may vary depending on your bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway.
