Once your order is successfully placed, we usually process and dispatch it within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Metro cities: 3 to 6 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4 to 8 business days
  • Remote or service-limited areas: 6 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Some orders may qualify for free shipping depending on ongoing offers, order value, or promotional campaigns available on our website.

4. Courier Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your order account details, depending on the information provided at the time of purchase.

6. Packaging and Safety

All jewellery items are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that your product reaches you in good condition.

7. Delivery Attempt and Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code provided at checkout are correct. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping may be possible after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us verify the issue, we may request clear photos and an unboxing video of the package.
